Our mission is to help attorneys transform preparation into performance so jurors receive the client's case as it was intended.
Every trial attorney has experienced this frustration.
You know the law.
You know the facts.
You believe in your client.
Yet somehow the jury doesn't receive your client's case as you intended.
You may have:
- Brilliant legal analysis.
- Compelling facts.
- Persuasive evidence.
- A compelling story.
But if your delivery creates confusion, distraction, uncertainty, or distrust, the message arrives damaged.
The Persuasion Arts In Action® methodology is organized around five performance pillars that follow the natural progression of preparing, presenting, and proving a case.
The Five Performance Pillars
Narrative & Language - Developing and communicating the client's story.
Objective & Alignment - Defining what you want to accomplish and ensuring your choices support the client's narrative, the legal requirements, and the merits of the case.
Voice & Movement - Shaping how jurors experience the story through vocal and physical communication.
Orchestration & Investment - Bringing voice, movement, pace, emphasis, silence, and expression together with the appropriate level of investment.
Demeanor & Credibility - Building the confidence and trust that shape how jurors receive the case.
Together, these five pillars are expressed through ten observable performance competencies that can be assessed, developed, and refined.
"Mark’s program was a 100% value add. Literally all of his suggestions were useful and many were quite important. I am a senior trial lawyer with over 30 years experience and I found Mark’s input and practical advice to be the best trial advocacy help I had since I went to trial practice training at the Department of Justice in the mid 1980’s."
